Online Ordering - ROES (preferred) and FTP2Lab Comparison

We have two ways that you can send us files online - ROES, which is a very powerful ordering system with live cropping, borders, mounting options and pricing, and then our FTP2Lab FTP client, which is a simple drag and drop FTP client. ROES is our preferred method as it is simple, powerful and displays almost all of our options and pricing.

FTP2Lab FTP Client

FTP2Lab FTP Client

  • PC and Mac compatible
  • Order summary email after upload
  • Order notification email when ready
  • Accepts a variety of file types

The FTP2Lab client is much simpler than ROES, and does not show any image preview, cropping or options such as borders or mounting. It is best if you need to upload files that are not JPEG - such as RAW files. It can also be useful for ordering large numbers of Units/Packages as you can just put all images that need the same package in one folder and send it.

Ordering by Mail

You can mail your order to us if you need to. Please save your files onto a CD/DVD in a simple folder structure where the folder name is the size and quantity that you want of all the files in that folder. Do not name the files with the size and quantity you want as this can be very confusing. For example, if you have 10 files you need printed as 8x10s with 3 of each, put those ten files in a folder named "8x10 3 each". You can have as many folders on a disk as you need.
